Analysis on the Mechanism Innovation of Public Employment Training in China
Chinese public employment and training efficiently improve the public employment service system, gradually explore new modes of public services, and enhance human capital. But public employment training effects are still subject to many impacts, so this paper deeply studies the operational mechanism of public employment training (PET) in China and analyses the governments responsibility in the employment training supplies (ETP) with the new public administration and service theory, which bases on grasping the present situation of PET. Therefore, some basic mentalities and patterns-designing are proposed for the mechanism innovation of public employment training to enhance the effect of Chinese public employment training and provide the basis for government to improve the PETs management.
