Research on Boosting the Employment of College Graduates in the Process of Popularization of Higher Education in China

摘要：

With the enlargement of college student enrollments, the employment of college graduates has become an extrusive social problem. The paper points out that the main causes are ignorance of quality-oriented education, talents training divorced from actual demand, vocation guidance lacking of practice, and the old notions of employment. Then it discusses four countermeasures to settle the problem, including that multiplicity and personalization should be incarnated in talents training, the quality of teaching faculty should be improved in order to result in a good impact on students, new policies should be adopted to boost the employment of graduates, and the graduates should change their own mindset of employment.
