Research on Improvement of the Innovation Ability in Domestic Universities
The universities are one of the main forces of original innovation in our country. Only bring high attention to improve the original innovation ability of domestic universities can more and more scientific discoveries and technological inventions be obtained in the domain of basic scientific research and high technology. It is of great importance that improving the independent innovation ability of domestic universities for innovation country building. The difference in innovation ability of domestic universities is large compared with the innovation countries of Occident and Japan and with the requests of building innovation country. The innovation ability construction of domestic universities has many problems in concept, system, mechanism, outlay and talent. The effective methods to improve the independent innovation ability of domestic university were discussed in the aspects of fund investment and policy support of the government, talent team construction, subject intersection and merge, well innovation condition and base construction. With the improvement of the independent innovation abilities of domestic universities, the education level and the innovation abilities of teachers and students can be advanced effectively to enhance the international competitiveness.
