The Reflection on Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements of College
As far as it goes, the problem existing in the process of science and technology industry of college can not adapt to requirement of transformation of scientific and technological achievements. This paper firstly analyze some restricting factors which can have influence on establishment of a state innovation system and the translation of scientific and technological advances into practical productive forces, and then put forward solutions for boosting transformation of scientific and technological Achievements of college.
