Education Agency: Ezternal Supervision Insurance System over the Educational Quality of Independent Institute

摘要：

After ten years of growth, independent institute in China has made a good winning. Meanwhile, it also witnessed some weak points in personnel training. Therefore, perfecting and guaranteeing the supervision system over the educational quality of independent institute is necessary to enhance the development of independent institute in China. Based on Chinese independent institutes character of school Operational Mechanism and benefit from the experience of western countries, this article maintains that Mechanism of agency is the key to external supervision insurance system over educational quality for independent institute in China, and tells us how to build an agency for higher educational assessment in China.
