A Digital Method for Detecting Hydraulic Press Column Stress Based on Profibus-dp Fieldbus
In view of the bad work environment and serious external interference of hydraulic press, the limitations of traditional column stress detecting method which is based on resistance strain gauges is analyzed. According to the essential requirements of the system, a new digital method for detecting column stress of hydraulic press based on eddycurrent displacement sensor and profibus-dp fieldbus is proposed. The basic principle and system composition are introduced. In order to test the accuracy, iinearity and antiinterference ability of the system, experimental study was made. The results of the experimental study shows that the sensors precision is 1urn, the linearity is less than 1％, and the system has a strong anti-interference ability. It can substitute the traditional stress detecting methods and be applied in column stress detecting of hydraulic press in specific work environment.
