A Novel Measuring Method of PMSM Nonlinear Incremental Inductances
Inductance is an important parameter which affects the PMSM dynamic performance as well as the controlling effect. As prodigious indeterminacy lie in winding nonlinear incremental inductances during motor operating, and more attention are paid to the rule of currents variety in the winding, so its accurate measurement is a key issue to PMSM. The dynamic magnetic hysteresis loop method to test winding nonlinear incremental inductance is expatiated. In order to validate measuring correctness, some calculation methods of motor winding incremental inductance are utilized, and a data processing technique is presented. By contrasting the result of analysis and FEM calculation method, the validity of the parameters testing result is confirmed, which gives a more accurate and viable way to measure the nonlinear incremental inductance of PMSM winding.
