Thrust Dynamic Decoupling Control Based on Disturbance Observer for A novel Planar Magnetic Suspension Stage
A novel planar magnetic suspension stage has been presented in this paper, a decoupling control approach based on dynamic inversion has used for planar magnetic suspension stage system that is a nonfinear, multivariable and strong coupling system, so this method makes the complicated system becomes simplify and linear. The disturbance has been suppressed by using the disturbance observer. The result of simulation indicate the proposed scheme have better dynamic and static characteristics and robust.
