Simulation Research of a Synchronous Balancing System for Hydraulic Press Based on AME/Simulink
The dynamics model of the moving crossbeam is analysised when the hydraulic press is unbalance. This paper sets up the overflow compensation balancesynchronous control system dynamics model in AMESim. it analyzes controlling parameters influence on synchronism accuracy and adjusting time The simulation result also verifies the high accuracy on the experiment hydraulic press employed this balance-synchronous control system.
