Optimization Design of Shear probe for Measurement of Ocean Turbulence
Shear probe is a sensor which is used to measure ocean turbulence. Shell and inner structure of shear probe are critical. Shell structure affects liquid field, and inner structure affects sensitivity of shear probe. It is difficult to calculate the interaction between the shell and liquid field. Charge produced by piezoceramics of shear probe is complex to compute. In order to resolve these problems, FLUENT is used to compute Hquid field near the shear probe and optimize shell structure, and ANSYS is used to analyze the deformation and charge produced by inner structure. Experiment shows it is an effective way to optimize devise of shear probe.
