Analysis of the Accident Based on Low Temperature, Snowstorm, Ice, Coagulation
When the diameter of ice cover lines more than 40-60 MM (Hunan) or 300MM (Guizhou) which much thicker than an adults arm, or much over the standard value of 15-30 MM line lead to the collapse of transmission Tower of 220KV/500KV or power supply had been broken because of natural disasters and serious accidents, the result that the State Grid Corporation and China Southern Power Grid Company-owned transmission lines suffered heavy losses, and a serious threat to the safe operation of power grids. In this paper, an analysis is made based of the accident which the steel pylon had fallen from the foundation, the pylon, the hardware fittings, the vibration of line, the new technology of inspection, overhaul, exterior destroy, management of line; in order to make a satisfactory explanation.
