Argumentation of Management in electric power require- ment, Government agency energy-saving, Avoid the rush time
In allusion to chinas current strategic of advocating conservation-oriented society, we use the formula to calculate the supplier and requirements benefit of energy-saving from lighting and power energy, in order for judging the effectiveness of management and establishing the assessment system of energy-saving. The argumentation of increasing the efficiency with which we use energy can make corporation of power supply and consumer benefit from energy-saving. The government agency saving energy is the inexorable requirements for developing resource-conserving society. The emphasis of government agency energy-saving is air-condition、heating、lighting and office equipment in the building. We must establish the management system of power energy, invest necessary fund and technology, formulate the plan, establish the examination and report system. Today the electric power price in rush time is different from the other time. It cushions consumer, corporation of power supply and power plant from the effect of power supply.
