Design and Development of Virtual Planning System for Urban Underground Power Pipelines
1.INTRODUCTION The underground power pipelines in large-scale city are crisscrossed public common networks and is considered to be the “lifeline for a city to develop well. Along with the construction of municipal facilities going by, the added power consumption load increasing and the demand for high-quality supply being general, the planning, rebuilding and extending of power pipelines becomes one of the greatest important links in the process of city construction nowadays 1. Its a necessary way to research the efficient and rapid planning technology for power pipelines in order to make the supply system to adapt to the rapid growing economy in modern cites.
