An analysis of abnormality caused by Inappropriate Communication clock setup based on optic fiber protection
Along with the development of optical fiber communication technology and optical fiber manufacture technology, more and more current protections have been adopted as the main protection in high-tension line protection. In phase segregated current differential protections adopting optical fiber communication, large amount of data is transferred from one side to another, and the number of error code will be a big impact on the protection performance. Clock setting of the differential protection device affects the error code. Through analyzing an on-site abnormality caused by inappropriate communication clock setup, this paper provides some suggestions on the protection circulation of multiplying optical fiber.
