How to Reduce The Risk of Major Blackouts Induced by Eztremely Natural Disasters-Discuss Online Visualized Dispatch and Early-Warning

摘要：

the paper firstly reviewed widely extreme ice-snow disasters in China southern Grid area, and clarified why existing EMS cant deal with and reduce the risk of major blackouts induced by extremely natural disasters. Then, the advanced technology of online visualized dispatch and early-warning was presented based on the background of August 14, 2003 blackout, also how to realize and exert visualized technology on power system emergency control was discussed in detail, finally, the relative prospects were put forward.
