Analysis of Icing Accident in Distribution network and Its Countermeasures

摘要：

The South China including the city of Longyan, Sanming and Nanping in Northwestern Fujian Province suffered a infrequent serious icing accident in the beginning of 2008, which caused a wide area destroyed on the power grid and took a long time to restore the lines construction and power supply. In this paper we used the first-hand data collected from the field in northwestern Fujian Province and analyzed the key factors that caused such a serious accident and lessons paid for wide area outage and long duration interruption of the network.The countermeasures to strenthen the ability of withstanding the influence caused by the natural calamities were put forward.
