Study on Operation modes of Hainan Power Grid during Typhoon Periods

摘要：

Based on analysis of the features of tropical cyclones influencing and landing hainan island and the influence of tropical cyclones on hainan power grid, with reference to the successful experience of zhejiang, fujian power grid, principles of operation condition arrangement of Hainan Power Grid for tropical cyclone periods is proposed in this paper. Several operation conditions are arranged and analysed for tropical cyclones of different intensity, landfall spot and time to meet different requirements. Moreover, principles of system dispatching and fault management for tropical cyclone periods are also presented. Lastly, some suggestions and requirements are proposed for work safety of hainan power grid during tropical cyclone periods.
