Study of Manual Contamination Withstanding-Voltage Distribution Characteristics
Through analysis of the Guangdong Provincial measurement data of insulator surface contamination, select the typical ESDD, NSDD and from top to bottom of the surface of uneven degrees(ESDD=0.06mg/cm2, 0.12mg/cm2, 0.25mg/cm2, ESDD: NSDD=1: 3,1: 6,1: 10; uneven degrees of 1:1,1:3,1:5,1:8,1:10) to test contamination withstanding-voltage. The relationship between the characteristics of withstanding-voltage and different degrees, various kinds of nasty uneven surface is given through manual contamination tests. the security zone to meet the contamination withstanding in operation-voltage is given so that to guide the work of anti-pollution flash.
