According to 《The programme of increasing power supply reliability》, for decreasing the customers average outage time, based on closed-loop design & open-loop operate of Guangzhou power-grid, we decide to closing loop operation in the 10kV distribution grid. To appraising its practicability, the paper analyzing and computing the impact of closing loop operation in the 10kV distribution grid to feeder-line protection, and the conclusion had using-value for power-grid operating.
