Research on Sheathing Circulation Current of High Voltage Single-core Cable

摘要：

Sheath Circulating Current is an important parameter for the single-core high voltage cable, which can objective reflect cable sheaths health status and impact the rated carrying capacity of cables in operation, thereby affecting the safe operation of the transmission line and the power system. So it has been an important day-to-day work to monitor the metal sheath circulating current in high voltage cable management. An abnormal deficiency about sheath circulating current is introduced, theoretical analysis and calculations of the cross-bonding system is provided in this paper. Also, some useful experience is shared in monitoring and analysis circulating current of high voltage cable.
