DISTRIBUTION NETWORK CABLE FAULT AND ITS LOCATION METHODS

The fast lookup and location of Distribution network cable fault is crucial to improving of the cable fault Process pace, the reliability and stability of the power supply. The cable fault location need recur to special apparatus or the test measure method to fix on the fault location. The paper describes in details several factors resulting in the happening of the cable fault and preventive measures related to these faults, presents several applied methods using for sorting faults and fault location, and besides, the paper presents several skills for fault location. As we knows, there are different methods and measures for different cable faults; aiming at this status, the paper presents basing on colligate much practical experience rational detection method and measure related to different fault types.
