The Earth Fault Location Technology Based on The Comparability of Transient Current Used in Feeder Automation System

Fault management is an important function of the Feeder Automation system. At present, the treatment results of the Feeder Automation have been put into operation is not ideal for the Non-solidly Earthed Network. According to the principle that the transient processes of both sides of fault points are mutually independent and with low comparability, correlation coefficient is used to calculate the comparability of the transient zero-sequence current of the adjacent detection point and realize the fault section in the non-solid earthed network, that is, the section with correlation coefficient on both sides of transient current close to 1 is a healthy section, and the section with the correlation coefficient close to 0 is a fault section. The method is correct and feasible verifying through the simulation test.transient course(14).
