Overview of Power Quality and Its Monitoring in Guangzhou Power System

摘要：

The electrical power quality (PQ) of power system has become an important issue for electric utilities and their customers. This paper describes the concept, the development and the study of the PQ. And the monitoring methods and devices, the Comprehensive Evaluation of the PQ are summarized in this paper. Also, the present works of Guangzhou Power bureau are mentioned at the same time.
