Computer Controlling System of rf Series Recycling Equipment for SF6 Gas
Referenced to the advantages and disadvantages of SF6 gas recycling system at home and abroad, we here give an overview about the work principle of RF series SF6 gas recycling equipment. We have advanced a design scheme to complete the data exchange between monitor software on PC and the measuring instruments by Modbus communication protocol on base of embedded configuration software. Focused on the design principle and function modules of configuration software, the circuit configuration of control system, software design of technics process and the communication methods among those equipments. As an patented product, it provides efficient recycling and high recycled utilization rate of sulfur hexafluoride gas, the purity of SF6 gas gotten can reach from 99.23％ to 99.98％, and its air content rate is reduced to 0.02％ from 0.76％ before, according with the international standards perfectly.
