Processing and Application of Fiber PP Release Anion

1.Introduction Polypropylene(PP) fiber is a kind of wide range of application material, the negative ion PP satisfies people to the request of the health,safety,environmental protection.The text mainly introduced processing craft and product property of fiber PP, and according to the excellent property on health care, environmental protection etc,we expatiate its application on textile. Ever since discovered by Natta,Italian winner of Nobel Price in Polymer and its industrialized production,with the development of fiber PP, the fiber PP spinning technology has obtained a rapid development,especially in the United States and Western Europe.But in the preliminary stage,fiber PP was often regarded as absolutely valueless fiber,so PP wire market was mainly carpet,decoration products and sanitation supplies.Although, the application in clothes has improved a lot since 1980, PP wire still took 1% of the total quantity of output ofpp, and this number was 5% till 1995, the percentage of fiber PP in international garment industry was still poor.In spite of this,since 1990s,from the increase interest and passion taken by world manufacturers and weavers of chemical fiber,fiber PP is definitely a kind of perfect textile fiber, and highlight of world exploitation.To prepare anion fiber PP,we select additive that can release anion, and then pulverize it into nano-powder, and manage to interfuse into fiber PP.Dress materials, garments or indoor decorations made from the fiber containing the mineral powder that releases anion, and the anions has improved the health care effect of textiles.The study of anions reveals that it has functions of purifying blood, activating cells,strengthening resistance, antibacterial and getting rid of mites,sweetening,keeping fresh,promoting plants to grow, and purifying waters.Fibers and its textiles blessed with anion can long release anions,which can greatly optimize air quality, and be good to health of people.
