Freestanding Silicon Nanocrystals For Nezt Generation of Solar Cells

1.Introduction Conjugated polymer based solar cells presents one perspective choice for solar cells industry because they can be fabricated on large areas with low cost. The persistent demand for new materials to improve conversion efficiency of organic based solar cells paves way to explore new alternatives.One-way to improve efficiency is blending polymer with a second nano-composite.In last decade the photo-induced charge transfer from a conjugated polymer to buckminsterfullerene and the possibility to form bulk heterojunction has attracted wide scientific interest in photovoltaic community.
