Prediction of Cyclosporine A Blood Concentration by Genetic Algorithm and BP Neural Network
This paper utilizes the BP neural network to establish a prediction model of cyclosporine A blood concentration by analyzing the factors which influence the blood concentration. To avoid its defect of easily getting into the local extremum, we present a prediction model that is based on the genetic algorithm and BP network (GA-BP) by using the genetic algorithm with a good global searching ability to solve the problem. Meanwhile, based on the clinical data from a hospital, we conclude that this model is an effective and accurate method to predict the blood concentration of cyclosporine.
