EA Algorithm Model for Spread Estimating and Countermeasures Evaluating
Based on presupposition that the population is variable, we build a series of solvable ODE models and provide an EA algorithm model to estimate the spread of HIV/AIDS, evaluate different countermeasures to HIV/AIDS and analyze the development of ARV-resistant disease strains. As conclusions, three main periods spread of HIV/AIDS, and finally comes to the stable spread period; the limitations and applications of the antiretroviral (ARV) drug therapies; the minimum proportion of vaccination in a country to eliminate HIV/AIDS.
