The Design of a Low-power Self-contained Multi-EX-EM Array Deep Sea In Situ Organism Measurement Device
Research of the component and concentration of the deep sea organisms is of great value in marine ecosystem science. The deep sea ecosystem is a dynamic system which will change with time and space. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a deep sea in situ organism measurement device. Based on the technology of three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum, a design of a low-power self-contained multi-EX(excitation)-EM(emission) array fluorescence deep sea in situ organism measurement device is presented. The low-power design of the system enables the device for long-term underwater operation.
