A Health Monitoring System Based on Pocket PC for Community Aging Residents

摘要：

Health monitoring system is a crucial element which helps to the active prevention and effective treatment of the chronic illness with the worldwide population aging. This paper presents a health monitoring system based on Pocket PC for community aging residents according to the status in China. The test result of the prototype is good and it has some referenced value when implementing the community healthcare.
