STUDY ON THE FRESH AIR INTAKE OF THE HOTEL KITCHEN
The fresh air intake of the hotel kitchen that air flow is introduced from the ground is investigated by the approach of numerical simulation. The results show that the proportion of fresh air intake from the ground is 8%~13%. At this time, the distribution of temperature is uniform relatively. And the environment of common kitchen is comfortable comparatively.
