The method of pre-warning for safe supply
This paper provide a new methodology for finding the optimal layout of an early warning detection system (EWDS).Using the results of simulation of hydraulic and water quality in net work of pipes and taking t-hour level of service as the criteria, in the basis of dynamic matrix, a genetic algorithm (GA) and mathematical optimization are used to quantitatively evaluate the effectiveness of the EWDS. The methodology is demonstrated through EPANET Example 3. The results showed that this method provides efficient coverage of water distribution system.
