A Broadband Low Noise Amplifier Design

摘要：

Low noise amplifier (LNA), as the first stage of RF and microwave receivers, is a very important element in communication systems. It is imperative to accelerate the production process of the space LNA by developing the broadband LNA with high reliability. In this paper, a design method for space LNA is proposed. Compared with those LNAs designed by traditional ways using the same low noise element, the LNAs performance obtained here can be improved and 30％ bandwidth is achieved in noise factor.
