Study on W-band PLL Frequency Synthesizer for Space Communications

摘要：

As one of the key parts of millimeter-wave systems, the demands for millimeter wave frequency synthesizer become more and more urgent than ever, especially in W-band. In this paper, with the combination of the technique of PLL, DDS and multiplier, a W-band PLL frequency synthesizer with low phase noise has been presented, which is characterized by nice performances, and it has good foreground for its application in millimeter-wave space communi-cations.
