Designed Fano Resonance in Semiconductor Devices

摘要：

We investigate Fano resonance mediated by intersubband and phonon coupling in specially designed GaAs/AlGaAs quantum well infrared photodetectors. This work presents a new approach for realizing designed quantum interference.
