Synthesis of YAG:Ce Phosphor for LEDs by Microwave Sintering

摘要：

In this paper, we investigate the synthesis of yellow Y3Al5O12:Ce phosphor by microwave sintering. Moreover, the development of blue light emitting diodes (LEDs) by the appropriate combination of the YAG:Ce phosphor to obtain high brightness white light will be also reported. The balance light between the light emission from blue LEDs and the yellow YAG: Ce phosphor is important to obtain white light with high color temperature.
