The Edge Finite Element Method for Magnetic Fields Ezcited by Artificial Source in Frequency Domain
In this paper, the total magnetic fields are decomposed into the magnetic fields excited by the Artificial source in vacuum space and the abnormal magnetic fields excited by the inhomogeneous median or topography. The functional equation of abnormal magnetic fields has been constructed. Because the effectromagnetic problem is open, it is localized by boundary integral method. Since the abnormal magnetic fields on the Artificial boundary are weak, it can be neglected and stiffness matrix becomes symmetric. The interpolation functions of the abnormal magnetic fields have been constructed by edge finite element method. For simplifying the calculation of functional integration, the local edge finite element space in the reference coordinate that is equivalent to the edge finite element space in global coordinate has been constructed.
