Joint SI and PI Analysis for DDJ Prediction
DDJ (Data Dependant Jitter) is an important component in jitter budget for a high speed system designer. And power integrity issue, which is mainly caused by parasite inductive power delivery network, can affect jitter performance greatly. A joint SI and PI analysis is presented in this paper to show the affect from PI on SI, which utilize an efficient DDJ prediction method. Some measurements are used to correlate the simulation results.
