Dispersion Relationships of AlGaInP-InP Surface-emitting Lasers Using Floquet-Bloch Theory

摘要：

Floquet-Bloch theory is used to calculate the dispersion relationship and the spectrum of contra-directional coupling in the AlGaInAs system. A structure of GSE gratings is calculated in this paper. The characteristics of reffection and radiation near resonance coupling are analyzed in this paper.
