Ezperimental Research on the Properties of Polymer-modified Thermal Insulation Mortar

The acrylate copolymer emulsion is added in the cement mortars which are respectively mixed with medium sand or other three kinds of obturator perlite with different particle size distribution. Test the performance of the mortars of different mixed proportion. Then analyze the mechanism of cement properties changing with adding the polymer. Study the mechanism and the law of thermal insulation polymer mortar properties changing with different aggregate proportions. At last the best mixed proportion of the thermal insulation polymer mortar which can meet the engineering requirements is given.
