Ezperimental Study on Properties of Steel-Fiber-Reinforced Coal Gangue and Fly-Ash Resin Concrete

This paper detects the basic properties of coal gangue and fly-ash in Fuxin, Liaoning, referring to national standards, because they occupy a lot of farmland and pollute the environment. Based on their basic properties, this paper studies the recycle value of the coal gangue and fly-ash. And then, this paper uses coal gangue, fly-ash and steel fiber as aggregate, admixture and reinforcing Materials of concrete, and makes 9 sets of samples of resin concrete with uniform experiment design to get the data of their flexural strength and Compressive Strength. Then, the data is analyzed with regression analysis by SPSS and optimized by MATLAB to get the optimal mix proportion of resin concrete. In the end, this paper does the experiment on the compressive strength, flexural strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and impermeability of the resin concrete with the optimal mix proportion. The result of experiment shows that the resin concrete can get the compressive strength of 46.88 MPa, flexural strength of 12.72 MPa, splitting strength of 7.37 MPa and elastic modulus of 1.62x104 MPa and it doesnt have seepage under 20 air pressures, when the volume percentage of coal gangue and fly ash reaches to about 85%. Finally, this paper believes that its work can pave a way for the comprehensive recycle of the coal gangue and fly-ash.
