The Structure Design and Finite Element Analysis of Coal Gangue and Fly-ash Resin Concrete Members
This paper uses test and finite element analysis to study the coal gangue and fly-ash resin concrete and the reduction cell members made by it for making full use of coal gangue and fly-ash to make resin concrete, after grasping the properties of coal gangue and fly-ash. The results of test shows that the resin concrete with good performance can be made if we use proper Preparation Technology and make the volume percentage of coal gangue and fly ash reach to about 85%. The result of finite element analysis shows that the coal gangue and fly-ash concrete reduction cell has good anticorrosion performance, insulating property and acid and alkali-resistance and enough mechanical property, if we use coal gangue and fly-ash resin concrete to replace normal concrete. Finally, this paper describe the technical and economical advantages of coal gangue and fly-ash resin concrete through comparing the cost of ordinary cement concrete FRP reduction cell with the cost of coal gangue and fly-ash resin concrete cell in ten years. We hope this paper can promote the wide application of this material in practical engineering.
