Study of the Viscoelasticity of Polymer Concrete by Dynamic Mechanical Analysis
Shrinkage and creep of polymer concrete were dealt with by the theory of viscoelasticity based on the rheological models. The technique of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) transforms the problem of time domain into frequency domain and simplifies their treatment. A complex plot was established which may be used to calculate the loss modulus and storage modulus which may be viewed as criteria of the dimensional stability of the concrete.
