Development of a Sulphonated Aminophenol Based High-performance Plasticizer
A sulphonated aminophenol based high-performance plasticizer was designed and polymerized with P-aminobengene sulponie acid anhydrous, phenol and formaldehyde etc. The effects of mol ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature and reaction time on plasticizing ability of the products were investigated. A kind of sulphonated aminophenol based plasticizer (ASP) was developed with the optimal polymerizing technology, and the properties of cement paste added with ASP were tested. The results indicate that compared with normally used sulphonated naphthalene based superplasticizer (NSP), 1) the plasticizing ability of ASP to cement paste is better; 2) the compatibility between ASP and deferent cements is more ideal; and 3) the fluidity loss of paste added with ASP is much lowest.
