A Ka Band Quadrature Down-Converter MMIC

摘要：

A Ka band quadrature down-converter monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) is presented. Based on 0.2um GaAs PHEMT process, the size of the converter is 1mm×2mm. From 31GHz to 38GHz, the measured quadrature phase error is less than 15°, and the amplitude unbalance is less than 10mV.
