The Research on Improving the Petroleum Tubes Resistance to Hydrogen Sulfide Stress Corrosion Cracking
Introduce the definition characteristics and corrosion of hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking mechanism, and how to get the stress corrosion cracking under control. By treating the petroleum tube n80 with the tech of non-metal infiltration, analyzing the figures from treating the treated sample with XRD SEM metallographic analysis and detecting the resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking and the study the treated samples mechanism of its resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking, we got a conclusion. The conclusion shows that by treating the petroleum tube n80 with the tech of non-metal infiltration, we can improve the ability of petroleum tubes resistance to hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion cracking. And its easy to see that there is a wide application prospect.
