Effect of Electrospark Alloying on Cutting Life of M2 Saw Band

摘要：

In this paper, electrospark alloying was used to strengthen sawtooth of M2 saw band. Effects of discharge power and duty ratio on the structure and properties of the strengthened coating was investigated, and a better match parameters was found.Other experiments was done in N2 and CO2, the results show that hardness and wear resistance of the strengthened coating have been improved obviously, and the improvement of in CO2 is more significant. Finally cutting test datas verified the results of experiments.
