The ammonia celerity nitriding technique is a new technique which is been developed and accomplished by MIANZHU XINGDA Heat Treatment Technical Service all alone. In order to realize the ammonia celerity nitriding technique, we should only put the activator of celerity nitriding into the ammonia nitriding system. It has a lot of excellence, such as the advanced, credibility, saving energy, environmental protection and high efficiency. Its operation is convenient, and Its adaptability is better. To use the celerity nitriding technique can make the nitriding process hours to shorten more than 50％. It is a important advancement in the field of the steel nitriding technique. The celerity nitriding process can be used into the all of the ammonia nitriding system and all of the nitriding steel.
