Accelerated Cooling after Normalizing Furnace(NAC)Technology and Equipment

摘要：

This paper describes the proposed NAC technology, the effect of technological processes and a series of key technologies, including flow-jet boiling cooling enhancing theory and technology, a large steel plate flatness control theory and technology and microstructure and mechanical properties control technology. The NAC technology can make the average strength and impact toughness of the current steel to increase 50Mpa and 30J.
