Time-varying Characteristic Research on Contact Reliability of AC Electromagnetic Contactor
In automatic control system, the dependability of control component like contactor is of the utmost importance. Especially in aeronautic and astronautic field, the disuse of contactor with badness can bring about system fault, lead to a large amount of damage and even possibly severe. Previous research on AC electromagnetic contactor has shown that observed values of some electrical parameters implicates failure symptom. The symptom in accidental failure period is of obvious difference form that in wear-out failure period. In the paper, we take series analysis and statistical on the historical test and measure information (including bounce time, contact voltage and voltage between open contacts) of AC electromagnetic contactor. It points out the non-determinacy of measured value series, brings out based on staging and weighting statistical analysis, puts forward fusion model of series weight and probability weight, determines time-varying reliability degree curve of three parameters, takes adjustment and comprehensive treatment on the measured value series of both disabled contacts pair and normal contacts pair. And then it brings up prediction method of residual life in the light of time-variant contact reliability degree.
